Resolved

For approximately 5 minutes, tunnels to our Atlanta point of presence (PoP) were inaccessible. During this time, devices running agents would have been unable to reach assets protected by these tunnels.

The issue has been resolved. Only tunnels terminating in Atlanta were impacted, and customers with redundant tunnel configurations would not have experienced an outage.

We are monitoring the service to ensure continued stability.
