Resolved
This incident has been resolved. This issue was caused by an internal routing problem with one of our providers that caused some agents to fail to connect to the Vancouver PoP. The provider has identified and corrected this issue and traffic appears to have normalized.

We are continuing to investigate the issue. Existing connections to the Vancouver region will maintain their connection. New connections will be routed to the closest available point of presence (PoP). An update will be posted in 30 minutes if one is not available sooner.

We are currently investigating connection issues for some agents to our Vancouver PoP. If you are impacted, we advise utilizing other PoPs such as Seattle or Toronto while we determine a root cause.
