Brief SASE Connectivity Issue - New York City PoP

We experienced a brief connectivity disruption to our New York City Point of Presence (PoP) for SASE that lasted approximately 5 minutes due to a connectivity issue with one of our upstream providers. We were able to route around the issue.
This only impacted SASE connects to the New York City PoP.
All systems are now operating normally, and users should no longer experience any service interruptions.
We continue to monitor all systems closely and are working directly with our upstream provider to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
