Identified - We have identified packet loss affecting the Singapore(SIN) Point of Presence(PoP). This is due to upstream carrier capacity issues.
Our team is engaged with the carrier to provide a long term solution to this issue.

Delayed Case Generation
Resolved - A temporary database replication lag between 21:29 UTC and 22:40 UTC caused case creation delays for some tenants. Log ingestion and detections remained active during this time period and all delayed cases have been fully processed and reviewed.
