Elevated Errors on SGN

From 7:30 p.m MST to 9:30 p.m. MST, we saw elevated connection errors on some devices that led to agents being unable to connect to the SGN network. As of 9:01 p.m. MST we remediated the issue and have seen devices reconnecting. It may take a few minutes for devices to reconnect, please reach out to support if you continue to see issues.
