The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. Agents with current connections to the Vancouver region will maintain them while new agent connections will route to the closest available region temporarily.

We are continuing to investigate this issue and the Vancouver region has temporarily been removed from the connection pool. Another update will be provided in 30 minutes or less.
